MANGOLASSI :YUMMY KID’S SNACK RECIPE!

INGREDIENTS:

Mango(s)

Honey (2 spoonfuls)

Cardamom

Ice cubes

Whole Milk

Yogurt / Curd

PROCESS

Wash, peel Mango and slice it up.

Throw Mango slices into blender. Add 2 spoonfuls of honey and a few ice cubes to the mix.

Add whole milk 3 to 6dl according to desired consistency and number of mangoes in use. More milk if you desire more runny, less if a thicker consistency is desired. The size of the mangoes in use may affect the amount of milk needed. Estimate accordingly.

Add yogurt/curd to the mix if desired and blend.

Pour into serving glass and sprinkle a touch of cardamom to finish.

Serve cold!
